Nar Phu Valley trek is one of the best remote treks in Nepal that leads you to the hidden valley of Manang district. This valley gets its name from the two Bhotia Villages: Nar and Phy respectively, located in the northern Manang. These serene villages are the important settlement areas of the Nar Phu Khola Valley which is close to Tibetan Plateau. Although they are geographically located in Nepalese territory, they have a high influence of Tibetan culture and language.
Although Nar Phu Valley lies not much far from Annpaurna Cirucuit trekking region, very limited number of trekkers reach here. The main reason behind this is the lack of publicity from the concerned authority and poor infrastructures of development. The trans-Himalayan valley is a paradigm of unspoiled nature and culture untouched by any negative effects of modernity. By realizing the potentiality for tourism, the Nepal Government opened Nar Phu Valley trekking for the international tourists only in 2003.
This restricted area trekking in Nepal gives an experience of Tibetan Buddhist customs, costumes and culture in its truest form. The most striking feature of trekking to Nar Phu Valley is that you can find a different variety of dialect. Around 800 Bhotia people of this valley speak the language that is different from rest of the other parts. The local dialect of this wonderful Disneyland people is ‘Nar Phu’ or ‘Narpo’ that is a variation of Sino-Tibetan language. It is completely different from the languages of Tamangis and Manangis tribunal communities.

- Extra night at the hotel and if incase of changing flight tickets due to early return or late return to home we will not make any refund of money. All the cost has to be managed by the guest
- Tips and donations to the hotel, restaurant and trekking area are not included. Guide and potter are expected tips at the end of trekking and it is not fixed but depends on your financial condition and their services during the trekking and tour
